Return and Refund Policy
Healthy Cart Canada is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. However, if, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with the products, you may return the product. To do so, please feel free to get in touch with our customer service department at admin@healthycartcanada.com. Please include your order number, purchaser name, contact name, contact number and email address. We have a no-hassle 30-day return policy. You must make the request for return within 30 days of receipt of goods, and the products must be in their original packaging. A few types of goods are exempt from being returned/refunded.
The following items/goods can’t be returned:
- Perishable goods like food, probiotics
- Grocery items
- Protein bars
- Personal care items
Moreover, only regular priced products/items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale and clearance marked items cannot be refunded and are a final sale.
Damages
The goods damaged during shipping must be reported to Healthy Cart Canada within 48-hours of receipt. It is advised to retain the shipment and packaging for inspection for a period of 30 days.
Please note, all Canada and international orders are considered FINAL SALE.
